Billing Questions
How does billing work?
Billing cycles begin on the date you subscribe. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly billing renews every year. Your AI usage limit still resets monthly on both cadences.
Your AI usage depends on how many requests you make, how much work you ask the Revise Agent to do, and which models you use. We meter only the actual token cost of your requests.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime from Account > Billing. You will not be charged again and will keep your current plan until the end of the billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I hit my limit?
We will notify you as you approach your limit. Pro users can enable Extra Usage to continue without interruption. Other plans can upgrade anytime.
What is Extra Usage?
Pro users can opt into pay-as-you-go pricing after reaching their included monthly allowance. Set a monthly spending cap and pay only for what you use.
How can I use Revise for free?
Every account includes the full editor plus a free daily AI allowance that resets every day — enough for regular light use of the agent.
For unlimited AI editing on the Free plan, connect Revise to Claude or ChatGPT with our plugins. Edits made that way run on your subscription with those services, so they never count against your Revise limit.
